The purpose of the Platform is to ensure coordinated management of road activities, transportation services for the population, traffic management, as well as the interconnected functioning of instrumental ITS subsystems as a single entity. The goal is to provide comprehensive ITS services that ensure the specified capacity of the road transport network, manage and control transportation work in the transportation process, manage processes related to the operation, major repairs, reconstruction, and construction of highways, while ensuring proper safety levels for road users.

As a result of implementing the Platform, there is a transition to digital planning in the processes of developing the road transport complex. It is based on dynamic traffic indicators and data on the efficiency of the ITS. The implementation of the Platform also increases road safety and optimises measures to prevent road accidents.
THE SERVICE PLATFORM FOR TRANSPORT APPLICATIONS FOR MODULAR CONSTRUCTION OF THE UNIFIED TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM «TRANSFLOW» (HEREINAFTER — THE PLATFORM) IS A DEVELOPMENT BY ALTEK LLC. IT IS A COMPLETELY DOMESTIC DIGITAL MODULAR PLATFORM FOR BUILDING INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS. THE PLATFORM MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ITS FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECTURE, INCLUDING THOSE DEFINED IN THE ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION DATED APRIL 27, 2024, NO. AK-95-R. THE PLATFORM IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTER OF DOMESTIC SOFTWARE WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER 13,136, DATE OF REGISTRATION 03/30/2022, AND HAS A CERTIFICATE OF STATE REGISTRATION OF THE COMPUTER PROGRAM NO. 2021611878.
TRANSFLOW TODAY
The interaction protocol supported by the developer, which allows the platform to interact with external information systems via extensible API, guarantees the interoperability of the ITS and the openness of the data
It is available in various versions: a classic transfer of a simple non-exclusive license, a SaaS service model, free versions for educational purposes and for startups. The platform can be purchased through large IT integrators
The first ITS platform on the Russian market, built according to the principles of modular architecture, with the widest possible functional coverage. It allows you to quickly connect ready-made functional modules and subsystems «on the fly» or use the necessary functionality as part of an external ITS

THE TEAM
The team behind the ITS «Transflow» platform consists of highly qualified specialists who have been developing modern domestic solutions in the field of road transport since 2013. During this period, the team has managed to implement a number of strategically important solutions for the industry, including: the Transport Flow Management System at the Kerch Ferry Crossing, which operated between 2014 and 2018; the Unified Ticket Management System (a multimodal transportation system operating in interoperability mode). Since 2018, the team has been developing and implementing its own modular ITS platform «Transflow» in the regions of the Russian Federation, the range of tasks solved by which meets the requirements of the national project «Safe and High-Quality Roads». In addition to IT specialists, the team includes methodologists — transport engineers who are deeply immersed in the specifics of the processes being automated by the platform.
